NOW HIRING – Property Manager
We are looking to hire a Property Manager in the Cookeville, TN area. Pay is $22 an hour with 1st Shift Available
Responsibilities:
-Screen potential tenants
-Collecting rent payments from tenants and manage late payments
-Oversee all repairs and maintenance tasks on the property
-Drafting new and renewing leases with tenants
-Address tenant inquiries
Skills:
-Proven experience in a relevant field
-Ability to work independently and motivated
-Prioritization and time management skills
-Professionalism along with speed and attention to detail
-Consistent work history
