Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking a skilled and experienced RV/Appliance Service Technician in Sparta, TN.
As an RV/Appliance Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of recreational vehicles and their appliances. This role requires a strong technical background, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills. You will work closely with our service team to ensure customer satisfaction and uphold our reputation for excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on RVs and their appliances, including refrigerators, stoves, ovens, air conditioning systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and more
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with RV systems and components
- Install, repair, and maintain RV accessories and equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer concerns and explaining repairs and maintenance procedures
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in RV technology
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as an RV or Appliance Service Technician
- Strong knowledge of RV systems, appliances, and components
- Proficient in diagnosing and repairing electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently, managing multiple tasks and priorities
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
