Type: Full-Time, Temp to Hire
Location: Crossville
Compensation: $19/hr, Overtime Available
Shifts: Must be available for all shifts. This shift will be a floater position but is full time.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and adjust furnace temperatures, cooling water flow, and "add water" volume to ensure optimal quality and quantity of liquid smoke output.
- Perform daily acidity tests on furnaces, making necessary water adjustments (twice per shift).
- Conduct volatile tests by collecting char samples and making adjustments to heat or dust feed.
- Regularly measure furnace temperatures every two hours, changing pans as needed.
- Clean furnaces (rod-out) every two hours to maintain operational efficiency.
- Pump out smoke to mixer tank as required by production volume.
- Grease, oil, and lubricate furnaces as needed.
- Perform weekly burn-outs of furnaces prior to shut-down.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of furnace and control rooms through daily cleaning.
- Keep accurate daily production logs and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Comply with corporate safety, environmental regulations, and HACCP Food Service procedures.
- Undertake additional assigned duties as required.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to bend, kneel, squat, reach, push, and pull.
- Must be able to consistently lift up to 50 lbs.
