Position: Warehouse Associate
Are you looking for a dynamic opportunity in the field of heavy equipment operation?A local mining company is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you'll be an integral part of operations, responsible for ensuring the efficient handling of materials and equipment in the warehouse facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment efficiently and safely, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and possibly other machinery as needed.
- Receive, store, and distribute materials, tools, equipment, and products within the warehouse.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Assist with inventory management, including cycle counts, stock rotation, and record-keeping.
- Collaborate with team members to fulfill orders and meet production targets.
Requirements:
- Experience in heavy equipment operation is required.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Must be available for all three shifts, starting on the first shift.
- Willingness to undergo physicals and MSHA (Mine Safety and Health Administration) training.
- MSHA certification is a plus but not required; willingness to obtain certification if not already held.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
