Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Assembly/Fabrication Operator to join our team in Sparta. If you have a background in manufacturing and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and fabricate parts and components with precision
- Follow detailed blueprints and technical instructions
- Operate various machinery and tools safely and efficiently
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets

- Proven experience in assembly or fabrication
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
