Job Full Description
Position: Shipping and Receiving Associate
Location: Crossville, TN
Schedule: 4 days on 4 days off 6:30pm-6:30am
Starting Pay: $14.50/hr
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate forklifts to load and unload materials, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
. - Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and quality.
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory, including stacking, labeling, and storage.
- Assist with packaging and preparing products for shipment.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment for safety and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Experience in forklift operation and warehouse management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude.
- Flexibility to work a rotating schedule.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects.
