Job Description:
Express Employment Professionals of Clarksville is currently seeking reliable and industrious candidates for a Machine Operator position with an Established Steel Manufacturing Company located in Pleasant View, TN. This position will pay $18.00 per hour, and the hours are M-Th from 6:30AM - 4:30PM.
Responsibilities
- Operate a robotic welder machine by placing metal tubes or brackets into the machine and pressing a button.
- Stack finished products in bins utilizing forklift
- Responsible for around 200 products per day
- Conducts operations in a manner that promotes safety.
- Good attitude, performance, and attendance is essential
Qualifications:
- Capable of lifting up to 30 lbs.
- Able to self-motivate and move at own pace
- Capable of repetitive physical movements such as bending, stooping, and reaching
- Capable of standing on concrete for long periods of time
- Capable of working in a non-temperature controlled environment
- Capable of working in a noisy/dusty environment
- Capable of complying with all Safety requirements including the use of PPE
