Job Description:
Express Employment Professionals of Clarksville is currently seeking candidates for a Forklift Operator position for a Pallet Management Company. This position will pay $17.00 per hour. The 8 hour shifts are from Sunday-Wednesday or Wednesday-Saturday.
Responsibilities:
- Grab pallets once they have been inspected
- Deliver specified pallets to certain trailers - Good Wood, Bad Wood
- Rotate with Palletizers who are moving pallets that weight 70lbs.
- Good attitude, performance, and attendance is essential
Qualifications:
- Has High School Diploma or GED
- Must have previous forklift experience
- Must pay great attention to detail and follow safety procedures to manipulate load with other drivers present
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Capable of working in a non temperature-controlled environment
- Capable of physical movements such as reaching, bending, stooping, and lifting
- Able to stand for entire shift
- Capable of complying with all Safety requirements including the use of PPE
