Job Description:
Express Employment Professionals of Dickson is currently seeking qualified candidates for a Resident Service Coordinator position with a local company. This position will pay $18 - $20 per hour DOE and the hours are Monday – Friday from 8am-4:30pm
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main contact for residents, addressing inquiries, concerns, and needs
- Develop, implement, and oversee programs and services that support residents’ well-being, including educational workshops, social events, and health services
- Good attitude, performance, and attendance is essential
Qualifications:
- Capable of lifting 25lbs
- Capable of working in a non-temperature-controlled environment
- Bachelor's degree in social work, Human Services, Public Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Capable of complying with all Safety requirements including the use of PPE: PPE includes but is not limited to Closed toed shoes/boots, Safety Eyewear or Prescription Safety Eyewear, Hearing Protection and Disposable Mask
