Job Description:
Express Employment Professionals of Dickson is currently seeking reliable, industrious, and experienced candidates for a Maintenance Technician position with an Established Door Manufacturing Company. This position will pay between $31 - $35 per hour depending upon experience.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot motion controls and electrical circuits and sensors
- Preventative maintenance, service components air/hydraulic cylinders, motors, etc.
- Resolve issues with minimal assistance
- Drive forklift
- Use standard machinery as hoists, boom cranes, cherry pickers, scissor lifts, bandsaw, press, lathes, mills, break shears
- Good attitude, performance, and attendance is essential
Qualifications:
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Must have experience with measuring devices; reading and understanding mechanical and wiring interconnect drawings and service manuals; and Basic PLC Coding and Programming
- Must have experience working with HVAC and Electrical Distribution
- Able to utilize Hoists, hand tools, power tools
- Capable of working in a non-temperature controlled environment
- Capable of physical movements such as bending, stooping, and lifting above the shoulders if necessary
- Capable of working in a safe manner
- Capable of complying with all Safety requirements including the use of PPE: PPE includes but is not limited to Steel-toed shoes/boots
- Capable of maintaining an attendance record within Company guidelines
