Job Description:
Express Employment Professionals of Clarksville is currently seeking reliable and efficient candidates for a Glazer position with a local Ceramic Tile Manufacturer. This temp to hire position will pay $9.00 per hour, and the hours are Monday-Friday from 6:00AM - 2:00PM.
Responsibilities:
- Run a glaze machine
- Clean out machine when color changing
- Make sure tiles are glazed correctly
- Follow all safety rules and procedures of the Company
- Good attitude, performance and attendance is necessary
Qualifications:
- Able to lift 50 lbs. if not using scoop for glaze bucket
- Must pay close attention to details
- Able to communicate daily with management about safety related issues
- Capable of standing on a concrete surface for the entire shift
- Capable of working in a non temperature-controlled environment
- Capable of physical movements such as bending, stooping, and lifting
- Capable of complying with all Safety requirements including the use of PPE
