Job Description:
Express Employment Professionals of Clarksville is currently seeking reliable, industrious, and efficient candidates for a Relief Crew position with a Leading Zinc Refinery. This position will pay $19.00 per hour, and the shifts are rotating 12 - hour shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Will be trained in the following positions and is responsible as a fill-in as needed each day: Anode Cleaning, Cell Cleaning, Cell Box Cleaning, Cell Alignment and Clean-Up
- Utilize overhead crane and general industrial cleanup tools
- Maintains a safe and clean work environment by complying with Company procedures, rules and regulations
- Good attitude, performance, and attendance is essential
Qualifications:
- Previous industrial experience is required
- Capable of heavy lifting, bending, grinding, and climbing
- Capable of working in a hot, dusty environment
- Capable of standing/walking for entire shift
- Follows written and verbal communications and instructions
- Demonstrates the ability to work independently and with other members of the team
- Able to work 12 hour rotating shifts and overtime
- Capable of complying with all Safety requirements including the use of PPE: PPE includes but is not limited to Steeled toed shoes/boots, and Safety Eyewear
