Job Description:
Express Employment Professionals of Clarksville is currently seeking reliable, industrious, and efficient candidates for an Order Picker position with a Local Established Distributing Company. This is a temp to hire position with excellent benefits when hired. This position will pay $11.00 per hour, with a $2.50/hr. attendance bonus after 40 hours, and the hours are M-F from 2:00 P.M.- 10:30 P.M.
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrates ability to pay close attention to details
- Utilize order sheets to pull products weighing 20-35 lbs.
- Load product into carts
- Good attitude, performance, and attendance is essential
Qualifications:
- Capable of lifting up to 35 lbs.
- Previous experience with pick/pack
- Must be capable of walking 12+ hours per shift
- Demonstrates the ability to work independently and with other members of the team
- Capable of repetitive physical movements such as bending, stooping, and reaching
