Job Full Description

Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site product inspections and quality control at the customer's facility.
• Monitor the production process and observe the quality inspection process.
• Respond quickly and effectively to quality issues and customer complaints, conducting root cause analysis.
• Work closely with the customer's QC dept. to solve issues and manage corrective actions.
• Communicate quality issues and improvement plans with internal teams and document progress.
• Collect, analyze, and report quality-related data.

Requirements:

• Experience in quality management and sales within the manufacturing, automotive, or electronic components industry.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
