Jon and Becky Rolen

Owners

Jon and Becky Rolen are the owners of the Murfreesboro Express office that was established in March 2006. Their fervent passion of helping others achieve career goals and stability is what fuels the business. Jon is a Louisiana native but has been a resident of Murfreesboro since 1965, while Becky was born and raised in middle Tennessee. The pair met in high school and married in 1980. Jon attended both Middle Tennessee State University and University of Tennessee, obtaining a Bachelor of Business Administration in 1979. That same year, Becky received a bachelor's and master's equivalency in speech pathology, where she would work with Murfreesboro city schools as a teacher until her retirement in 2013. After his graduation, Jon would further his career as owner / operator at both Sonic Drive-Ins and Snap-On Tools. He has been a member of the Murfreesboro Chamber of Commerce for 10 years.

The couple celebrates their business for its success and impact in the community. The Murfreesboro office has been honored as a Circle of Excellence office for the last 5 years and was praised with the Neighborhood Marketing Award. Jon and Becky sought to establish a premier staffing service where people could be treated equally and fairly; they are pleased to say that goal has been met. Express Employment of Murfreesboro prides itself on their quality associates, excellent clientele, and dedicated internal team.

Matthew Couture

Owner / Director Of Operations

Matthew Couture is a seasoned staffing industry professional with over 22 years of experience in the field. Originally from Manhattan, he began his career in hospitality and retail, where he developed strong customer service and operations management skills. With a degree in Information Systems Management, Matthew seamlessly transitioned into the staffing industry, leveraging a unique blend of technical expertise and industry knowledge to drive successful staffing solutions for clients and candidates alike.

Throughout his career, Matthew has worked with a range of companies, from startups to established enterprises, helping to build high-performing teams, optimize workforce strategies, and implement technology-driven solutions. With a deep understanding of both business operations and information systems, he has played a key role in streamlining recruitment processes, improving operational efficiency, and supporting long-term growth for staffing organizations. In addition to his staffing industry expertise, Matthew is passionate about using technology to solve complex problems and improve business outcomes. He is committed to continuous professional development, staying ahead of industry trends, and delivering exceptional service to clients and candidates.

Outside of work, Matthew enjoys horror films, paranormal research and going on vacation with his wife and two daughters. Whether exploring new cities, connecting with peers, or staying engaged with emerging tech trends, he is always looking for new ways to grow personally and professionally.

With over 20 years of experience in management roles and degrees in Business Administration and Marketing & Publicity, Adlein brings a strong foundation in leadership, team development, and strategic operations. For the past three years, she has served as Branch Manager at Express Employment Professionals, applying her education and expertise to drive the success of the branch. She has a proven track record of achieving company goals through consistent, organized practices, and excels in adapting to challenges, optimizing processes, and driving growth. Known for recruiting top talent, managing teams effectively, and enhancing customer satisfaction, she is dedicated to fostering operational efficiency and contributing to the long-term success of the organization.

Senior Development Manager

A Mobile, Alabama native, Missy has been happily married to her high school sweetheart, Jared, for over 15 years. They relocated to Murfreesboro in 2016 and have one son, Liam, and two dogs, Clarabelle and Maddie. Missy is passionate about the staffing industry, drawing from her own positive experiences as a candidate. "Every job I've ever had, I found through a recruiter," she shares. "Staffing has been instrumental in my professional success, helping me develop valuable skills and grow throughout my career.

Currently, as the Office Coordinator at Express Employment Professionals, I see myself as the backbone for our team. My responsibilities range from handling clerical tasks and serving as the first point of contact, to assisting with interviews, payroll, and client management. I firmly believe that success is driven by a shared mindset, which is why I thrive in our team-oriented culture.
