Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Tire Technician to join our team. The Tire Tech will be responsible for servicing tires, performing inspections, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with tire installation, repair, and maintenance, as well as a strong understanding of safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tire Installation: Mount, balance, and install tires on customer vehicles, ensuring proper alignment and fit.
• Tire Repair: Inspect and repair tires by patching or plugging punctures, fixing leaks, and addressing other damage.
• Tire Rotation: Perform tire rotations to promote even wear and extend the life of the tires.
• Tire Pressure Checks: Check and adjust air pressure in tires to meet vehicle and safety specifications.
• Tread Depth Measurement: Measure tire tread depth and inspect for uneven wear patterns.
• Wheel Alignment Assistance: Assist with wheel alignment services when necessary to ensure vehicle handling and safety.
• Customer Interaction: Provide professional advice to customers about tire care, replacement options, and maintenance recommendations.
• Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and calibrate tire service equipment, ensuring it operates properly.
• Inventory Management: Help manage tire inventory, keeping track of stock and ensuring proper organization.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience as a Tire Technician or in a related automotive service role is preferred.
