IMC is seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as General Laborers. This role is essential in supporting various operational activities and ensuring the efficient day-to-day functioning of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with general labor duties including loading, unloading, and moving materials
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery (training provided)
- Follow safety guidelines and protocols at all times
- Support team members in other tasks as required
Qualifications:
- Previous labor experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to lift heavy objects
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Must be able to work in a physically demanding environment
