We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaner to join our team. This position involves performing cleaning tasks in office environments located in Kingsport and Boones Creek, TN, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming space for employees and visitors.
Responsibilities:
- Clean office spaces, including desks, floors, windows, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
- Dust and wipe down furniture, fixtures, and other office equipment.
- Empty trash bins and replace liners.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including sinks, mirrors, and toilets.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain cleanliness and safety.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is well-maintained and in working order.
- Replenish supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap in restrooms and kitchens.
- Adhere to cleaning schedules and prioritize tasks based on office needs.
- Follow all safety protocols, including proper handling and disposal of cleaning chemicals.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate person.
Qualifications:
- Previous commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to cleanliness.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to lift and move cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
