We are seeking a skilled Furniture Installer to join our team in Johnson City, TN. The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering and assembling furniture, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to providing excellent customer service. This role involves working directly with clients to ensure timely and accurate installation of furniture, as well as ensuring a positive experience from delivery to assembly.
Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently transport and install furniture at client locations, ensuring careful handling during delivery and assembly.
- Assemble various types of furniture, including desks, chairs, cabinets, and other office or home furnishings, according to manufacturer instructions.
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and address any concerns or special requests.
- Ensure all installations meet quality and safety standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and providing guidance on product use and care.
- Inspect products before and after installation to ensure they are free of defects or damage.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Accurately complete installation paperwork and update job status as necessary.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines during all stages of the installation process.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure timely completion of all scheduled installations.
