Company Overview: Express Employment Professionals, in partnership with a premier manufacturing company located in Tri-Cities, TN, is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Assemblers to join their team. This position is an evaluation-to-hire opportunity with the potential for full-time employment, along with a competitive benefits and retirement package.
Position Details:
- Position: Assembler
- Location: Tri-Cities, TN
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:45 PM (Must be flexible to work overtime when needed)
- Incentives: Attendance incentive offered after 30, 60, and 90 days based on performance reviews.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble components and parts with precision and attention to detail.
- Operate small hand tools, such as drills, and other equipment as necessary.
- Use a tape measure to ensure accurate assembly and dimensions.
- Lift and stand for extended periods as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Follow safety protocols and work efficiently in a team environment.
- Meet daily production goals while ensuring quality and accuracy.

- Dependability and reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality are a must.
- Attention to detail: Ability to work with precision and focus.
- Strong work ethic: Be proactive and committed to quality work.
- Physical stamina: Ability to lift and stand for long periods, as well as perform repetitive tasks.
- Tool proficiency: Comfortable using hand tools like drills and measuring instruments such as a tape measure.
