Job Title: Housekeeper

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the house, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and organized environment for residents. The Housekeeper will be responsible for performing various cleaning tasks, organizing spaces, and maintaining the overall tidiness of the home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize assigned areas of the house, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living spaces, and hallways.

• Dust and wipe surfaces, including furniture, fixtures, and windows.

• Vacuum and mop floors, and maintain floor cleanliness throughout the property.

• Change bed linens and towels; wash, fold, and put away laundry as needed.

• Ensure kitchen cleanliness, including washing dishes, wiping counters, and organizing kitchen appliances.

• Take out trash and recyclables, ensuring waste management is adhered to.

• Restock toiletries, cleaning supplies, and other household items.

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of storage areas, closets, and cupboards.

• Report any maintenance issues or repairs needed to the homeowner or manager.

• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure the safety of all household members.

• Occasionally assist with light errands, such as grocery shopping or running small household tasks.

Requirements:

• Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred but not required.

• Ability to handle cleaning equipment, chemicals, and tools safely.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Attention to detail and ability to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.

• Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including standing, bending, and lifting items.
