ROTATING 12 HOUR SHIFTS: 2 on 2 off - 2 on 3 off
HOURS: 7:30am to 7:30pm
Job Overview
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Blade Finishing Operators. In this role, you will operate equipment and perform finishing and packing tasks to ensure the highest quality blade production.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate production equipment
- Conduct quality tests to ensure product excellence
- Maintain accurate records and keep the workspace clean
- Assist in pre-grind operations
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Skills
Pre-Qualifications: Ability to read instruments and gauges
Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
Experience: Hands-on mechanical experience preferred
Skills:
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Physical Demands
- Standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 lbs
- Requires specific vision abilities
