Job Full Description
We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Performing pre-operational inspections of processing, packaging, and support areas to ensure compliance with Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOPs).
- Monitoring processes, packaging, and support areas to ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Conducting food safety and product quality checks as required.
Qualifications:
- Experience in quality assurance or a related field.
- Knowledge of SSOPs, GMPs, and SOPs.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent observational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
