Job Title: Production Associate
Salary: $16.50 to $17 per hour
Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking a Production Associate to join our team in Tazewell, TN.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble and package products according to standard operating procedures
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Operate and maintain equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure timely completion of production goals
- Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance production processes and product quality
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a production environment preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
