Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is hiring an experienced Office Manager for a mining corporation in Bean Station.
Job duties include: answering phones, maintaining schedule of trucks to pickup rock and gravel, picking up ordered parts locally, tracking schedules and invoices in Microsoft Excel, and performing other office-related duties.
The ideal candidate would have the following:
- Be familiar with general office operations, tools, and organization, as well as Microsoft Program proficiency.
- The ability to work independently and take initiative, identifying tasks proactively and managing time efficiently.
- Have good judgment and decision-making skills, with a proven capacity to assess situations effectively and make sound decisions that benefit the workflow and align with the organization's goals.
Seeking candidates with 3-5 years experience in an Office Manager role.
1st shift, MON-FRI. 8am-430pm. No OT, No weekends.
Pay is $20/hr
