Customer Service rep needed for a top company in Nashville:
Seeking a full-time customer service representative to continue our growth. The successful candidate will be available to work Monday through Saturday (half day) and will provide exemplary service to our customers while dispatching our small fleet of delivery trucks. This candidate must be dynamic and hands-on with a strong moral compass and the ability to multitask in an often-fast paced environment.

Responsibilities Overview:
- Provide exceptional customer service by processing orders (including payment) quickly and seamlessly for the client. Answer customer questions about products, orders and delivery.
- Work with dispatch to schedule order delivery and ensure trucks are routed efficiently to maximize load densities. Maintain communication with drivers to ensure the schedule is being kept.
- Manage the cash drawer and ensure all money is balanced daily.
- Operate the vehicle scale and weigh load ins/outs as needed.
Qualifications:
- Strong collaborative style with the ability to work with all levels in the organization.
- Highly effective interpersonal skills including written and oral communication methods to effectively adapt to the various stakeholders.
- Attention to detail including a personal commitment to all health and safety guidelines.
- Understanding of bulk materials management and oversight of logistics/ delivery/ dispatch of similar scale.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Products and working with truck scales/software.
Shift is Monday – Friday 06:00 – 4:00 and 8a-12p on Saturday when needed.
Pay is $18.50 per hour.
