Summary: Quality control technicians examine products and materials for defects or deviations from specifications.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Sorting mixed parts or defected parts
Assisting Customer quality audit preparation
Assisting PPAP documentations
Engineering change documentations
Process change & supplier change documentations
IMDS, RoHs, REACH and other SOC system administration
Internal operator measurement training
Gauge studies
Master sample control
PPAP sample and document control
Calibration and maintenance of measurement tools, equipment, gauges and scales including but not limited to: Scales, Profile Projector, Press Mount, Polisher, Metal Flow Testing Equipment and Chemicals, Tensile Tester and Control Software, Electronic Micrometer and Software, Granite Surface, Micro Vickers Hardness Tester, Rockwell Hardness Tester, Stereo Microscope, Digital Microscope, Surface Roughness Tester, Contour Tracer, Micrometer, Caliper, Height Gage, Thread, Pin, Plug, Ring, Block gages, and other attribute gages, Concentricity Gage, Dial Indicators, Master Checkers and gages, Coordinate Measurement Machine

Quality documents creation
Work instruction creation
Sorting instruction creation
Daily Inspection check sheet creation, updates, and audit
Incoming receiving data sheet creation and updates
Internal quality approval
Sort results and data entry
Incoming receiving inspection and log
Performs other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or GED required.
Experience: Quality inspection, auditing, and testing experience.
Functional Competencies: At least 1-year experience with quality control of parts/components mass production company. Basic Excel skills
