Job Full Description
We are now hiring a Technical Support Representative for a great company here in Abilene!
This person will assist customers having issues with their service, account or other things. Communication with customers will happen via phone, email, and in person. Excellent communication and problem solving skills are a must!
Basic knowledge of VoIP phone systems is a plus - any kind of technology experience will be useful.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and resolve customer issues.
Provide first level support.
Answer questions.
Document interactions.
Provide timely resolution.
Provide continuous updates to customers.
Technical assistance for hardware, software and/or applications.
Partnering to create and update technical documentation.
