Express Employment Professionals in Allen TX is looking for SMT Entry-level Operators for their 1st Shift Team in Plano, TX. This is a Temp to Hire position.
Schedule: Mon-Fri 7:45AM-4:30PM
Duties:
- Able to load feeders and inspect components
- Create and modify oven profiles
- Working with SMT machinery
- Operate reflow, X-ray machine and AOI machine
- Understand and properly use materials provided by process engineering to perform the job and make sure that all equipment is running properly and safely on a daily basis
Experience
- Entry level experience with SMT is a plus
- Must have experience in electronics
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal
- Must have excellent computer skills
- Basic math skills are important.
- Demonstrated ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and follow instructions per a pre-set manual.
- Willingness to be trained.
- Must be US citizen or permanent legal resident
