Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role entails providing exceptional customer care, managing front desk operations, and driving sales initiatives through various channels including lead generation, consultative selling, and marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be adept at building rapport with customers, demonstrating strong computer skills, and displaying a proactive attitude towards team collaboration and personal development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for walk-in customers, email inquiries, E-commerce transactions, and phone calls.
- Utilize consultative selling techniques to recommend products and services based on customer needs and Brand Standards.
- Identify and cultivate leads through proactive outreach efforts such as cold calling, email campaigns, and referrals, while maintaining an updated database of qualified prospects.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of pricing structures and proposal models.
- Manage all administrative tasks and adhere to established procedures throughout the sales process, including order initiation, credit approvals, invoicing, and reporting.
- Input and manage orders efficiently using our system, ensuring timely follow-up and communication with customers regarding order status.
- Execute marketing initiatives such as targeted mailings, thank-you cards, and promotional campaigns to drive customer engagement and retention.
- Maintain a clean and organized retail environment, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Provide support to the team as needed with various tasks including reporting, invoicing, and inventory management.
- Facilitate shipping logistics and communicate with customers regarding order tracking and delivery schedules.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer satisfaction surveys to inform business strategies.
- Foster collaborative relationships with internal support departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards at all times.
- Follow up with customers post-sale to confirm satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Participate in marketing events and promotional activities to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Assist in accounts receivable collection efforts as necessary.
- Coordinate shipping schedules and logistics to ensure timely delivery of merchandise and services.
Working Conditions: This role operates in a standard office environment with occasional exposure to light manufacturing activities. The position reports to the Franchisee or Center Manager.
