Job Title: Learning and Engagement Specialist
Location: Frisco, TX
The Learning and Engagement Specialist is a key player in shaping a positive workplace culture, enhancing employee satisfaction, and promoting initiatives that align with organizational goals while driving productivity and morale. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and executing impactful training programs for employees and leadership. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of employee engagement strategies and excels in building meaningful connections across all levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and oversee initiatives that foster a positive work environment, improving employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.

Serve as the liaison between employees and management, ensuring open lines of communication. Collect and analyze employee feedback through surveys, focus groups, and other methods to identify trends and actionable insights.

Collaborate with HR and leadership to identify, develop, and implement training programs that support employee growth and career development for both individual contributors and managers.

Partner with HR to ensure new hires have an engaging and seamless onboarding experience that helps them integrate into the company culture.

Work with cross-functional teams to promote initiatives supporting employee well-being, such as wellness programs, flexible work options, and mental health resources.

Plan and coordinate events, workshops, and team-building activities that reinforce the company’s core values and cultivate an inclusive, collaborative work environment.

Monitor employee engagement metrics and provide regular reports to leadership, offering insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Learning and Development, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered in place of a degree.

Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in employee engagement, training, or related roles.
Required Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with the capacity to connect with employees at all levels.
- Results-driven with meticulous attention to detail.
- Comfortable presenting to both small and large groups.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with experience using surveys, data, and KPIs to inform decision-making.
- Familiarity with employee engagement platforms and tools.
- Passion for creating positive, people-centric workplace experiences.
- Proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and contribute to a dynamic team.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
