Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our client's team in Allen. If you have a strong background in the commercial sign industry and are passionate about driving business growth, we want to hear from you!
As an Outside Sales Representative you will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals. You'll develop and implement a strategic Sales and Marketing Plan aimed at growing your customer base and meeting both personal and business goals. This role requires collaboration with our center’s management and support teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Create an annual sales plan in partnership with leadership to achieve and exceed your sales goals.
- Engage in meaningful conversations with business owners and decision-makers to understand their needs.
- Provide consultative selling and recommend tailored signage solutions based on customer requirements.
- Identify potential sales leads and actively follow up through calls, emails, networking, and face-to-face interactions.
- Maintain an organized Hubspot CRM database of qualified prospects and clients.
- Follow up on incoming leads and referrals generated through marketing campaigns and outreach efforts.
- Complete all necessary paperwork and adhere to established procedures for each project, from initial contact to project completion (including work orders, credit approvals, POS entry, pre-payment collection, and delinquent account collection).
- Prepare compelling sales presentations, estimates, and contracts while maintaining ongoing communication with customers throughout the sales process.
- Regularly report on sales activity, achievements, and areas of improvement during weekly sales meetings.
- Support company marketing initiatives and assist with market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Address and resolve customer satisfaction concerns promptly.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the commercial sign industry, with a proven ability to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer care.
- A demonstrated track record of successfully prospecting, closing sales, and consistently achieving sales quotas.
- Ability to meet a monthly sales target of $25K within the first three months and $50K by the end of your first year.
- Strong B2B consultative sales experience is a must.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Sales or a related field is preferred, but not required.
