We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Temporary Receptionist to join our corporate administrative and HR office team at a leading medical facility. The ideal candidate will provide excellent front-desk service, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and efficient office operations. This temporary position is perfect for someone with strong interpersonal skills, capable of multitasking in a professional, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Support: Greet and direct visitors, manage incoming calls, and provide general information with a high level of professionalism.
- Administrative Tasks: Assist the HR and administrative teams with filing, scheduling, data entry, and other clerical duties as needed.
- Mail and Package Handling: Distribute incoming mail and manage outgoing deliveries.
- Meeting Coordination: Assist with scheduling, setting up meeting rooms, and preparing materials for meetings.
- Visitor Management: Ensure proper visitor sign-in protocols are followed and coordinate visitor badges or passes as required.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred, ideally within a healthcare or corporate setting.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Professionalism: Ability to maintain a courteous, professional demeanor at all times.
