We are seeking a professional and friendly individual with a strong administrative background to provide exceptional front-desk support. Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and route incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
  • Greet guests and clients with a welcoming and professional demeanor.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and distributing as needed.
  • Accurately post and process rental payments.
  • Perform data entry tasks with precision and attention to detail.
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Recent, relevant receptionist or administrative experience required.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Preferred Experience: Familiarity with property management or real estate operations is a plus.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual in English and [Spanish preferred but not required].
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
