Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and route incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
- Greet guests and clients with a welcoming and professional demeanor.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and distributing as needed.
- Accurately post and process rental payments.
- Perform data entry tasks with precision and attention to detail.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems.
- Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Recent, relevant receptionist or administrative experience required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Preferred Experience: Familiarity with property management or real estate operations is a plus.
- Language Skills: Bilingual in English and [Spanish preferred but not required].
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
