Job Full Description
We are currently seeking a qualified Maintenance Technician for an apartment complex in Southern Amarillo.
Essential Job Functions:
- Repair various issues on buildings to include but not limited to basic electrical and plumbing.
- Patching and repairing sheetrock. Must be comfortable with texture and painting.
- Complete work orders in a timely fashion.
- Maintain a clean community.
Job Requirements:
- 3+ years property maintenance experience
- Must be HVAC certified
- CPO Certification preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver License required.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30am -5:30pm – Rotating on call schedule
Pay: $18.00/hour depending on experience.
