Job Full Description
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Apartment Maintenance Technician to join a team in Canyon, TX. This position offers a consistent schedule, with the potential for temp-to-hire based on performance and business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs in apartment units and common areas.
- Prepare apartments for new tenants by completing make-ready tasks.
- Maintain the property grounds to ensure cleanliness and safety.
- Handle drywall repair, including patching and painting.
- Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues effectively.
- Respond to maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
- Assist with other maintenance-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous maintenance experience, preferably in an apartment or residential setting.
- Proficiency in drywall repair and plumbing is essential.
- Ability to use basic tools and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30am -5:30pm
Pay: $14 - $19 depending on experience
