Office Assistant – Purchasing Department
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $15/hour

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to support our Purchasing Department. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, enjoys working with numbers and paperwork, and has excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist with processing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and maintaining records.

Communicate with vendors to follow up on orders, pricing, and availability.

Maintain and organize purchasing documents, invoices, and reports.

Input data into purchasing software and update inventory records.

Work closely with other departments to ensure timely and accurate procurement.

Perform general office duties such as filing, answering calls, and responding to emails.
Qualifications:

Previous administrative or office support experience preferred.

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Excellent communication and organizational skills.
