Job Full Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated Production Workers to join our team. As a Production Worker, you will be responsible for assisting in various aspects of the production process, including assembly, fabrication, and operating machinery. You will be responsible for operating equipment and performing various tasks in the production process. You will work closely with the Production Manager/Supervisor to ensure that products are made correctly and safely.
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Prepare raw materials and packaging for production
* Operate equipment according to instructions and procedures
* Monitor equipment to ensure it's running smoothly
* Check products for quality and accuracy
* Label and package products correctly
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace
* Follow company rules and safety guidelines
**Requirements:**
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Ability to read and understand written instructions and procedures
* Willingness to work flexible shifts
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* 1 year of experience in an industrial setting
**Physical Demands:**
* Stand for long periods of time
* Regularly lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds (with assistance up to 100 pounds)
