Hours: 8am to 5pm
I currently have a position open in my research department.
We receive request for quotes from our customers and then we go out and find the items. This position would call or email for quotes. They would need to make sure to get price, lead time and any freight charges. Once they complete the list they give it to the sales person to quote.
Must be good with numbers and letters, be organized and pay attention to detail.
Transfer information regarding pricing and lead time to a quote sheet
Extract information from our inventory program and insert into the quote sheet
Make necessary calls to get pricing and availability on items
Email Vendors for pricing
Meet deadlines for quotes.
Must be able to work Mon-Fri 8-5 and be flexible on lunches
