**Job Summary:**
The Full-Charge Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for managing the entire accounts payable process within our organization. This includes invoice processing, payment tracking, vendor management, and implementing improvements to streamline and enhance our accounts payable functions. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, a quick learner, and possess a proactive approach to problem-solving.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Manage the full accounts payable cycle, including invoice receipt, approval routing, data entry, and payment processing.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the accounts payable process.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities, including accruals and reconciliations.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to address inquiries and maintain strong relationships.
- Monitor and analyze accounts payable metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Provide support during audits and assist in preparing necessary documentation.

**Qualifications:**
- Strong understanding of the full accounts payable process, including invoice processing, vendor management, and payment systems.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in improving existing processes.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Reliable with a strong attendance record; demonstrated commitment to long-term employment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
