They pride themselves on exceptional customer service and commitment to reliability. As they continue to expand, they are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join their team.
Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a strong proficiency in computer applications, and the ability to quickly learn new software, specifically Magento. Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently via phone and email
Provide exceptional support and assistance to ensure a positive customer experience
Utilize Excel for data entry, reporting, and analysis as needed
Quickly learn and adapt to our software system to manage customer accounts and orders
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve processes
Qualifications:
Prior experience in a customer service role with a proven record of longevity at previous positions
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Excellent phone manners and communication skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction
Ability to learn new software applications quickly, particularly Magento
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
