As they continue to expand, they are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join their team.
Job Description:
As the Counter Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations at our location, ensuring the highest level of customer service, and managing a team of sales associates. You will leverage your expertise in the automotive industry to assist customers with technical questions related to truck parts and cargo control, while also handling pricing and custom quotations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee daily store operations, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service.
Provide expert knowledge on heavy truck parts and cargo control solutions.
Assist customers with technical inquiries, custom quotations, and pricing.
Troubleshoot and solve basic problems related to products and services, visualizing scenarios for effective solutions.
Train and mentor team members to ensure high performance and excellent customer service.
Utilize computer systems for tracking sales transactions, inventory reports, and other essential functions.
Receive and set up desktop equipment dispatched from headquarters, learning company's internal systems for various transactions and reporting.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment.
Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and improve profitability.
