The Warehouse Manager (lead) that we need will have to perform physical duties in the warehouse. They will need to be able to lift 50 lbs and be able to work at a steady pace.

Salary: $23-25/hour DOE including job longevity and stability
Job Type: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, very minimal overtime

Key Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and manage warehouse staff to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
Oversee inventory control processes, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient usage.
Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control measures to maintain a safe working environment.
Train and develop team members to uphold company standards and enhance their skills.
Monitor warehouse operations and make necessary adjustments to improve efficiency and productivity.
Operate and oversee the use of a tow motor and other warehouse equipment as needed.
Utilize general software programs for inventory management, reporting, and communication.
Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience in a warehouse environment or management role.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
Proven background in inventory control and tracking.
Proficiency in safety and quality control standards and practices.
Experience operating a tow motor; certification preferred.
Familiarity with general software programs, including inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
