Express Employment Professionals is seeking a reliable and skilled Property Maintenance Technician to join a local company in Corsicana, TX!
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and landscaping.
- Repair and maintain apartment units, common areas, and other property facilities.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and property management.
- Participate in the on-call rotation for emergency maintenance needs.
- Maintain pool maintenance as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience in property maintenance or a related field.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with tenants and management.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in using maintenance tools and equipment.
