Pay: $18/hr

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Licensed Insurance Sales Agent to join a Local Company in the Athens, TX area.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct inside and outside sales activities to promote home, auto, life, and commercial insurance products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Identify and assess clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
Prepare accurate quotes, proposals, and presentations for clients.
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and policies.
Stay current on industry trends, products, and regulations.
Meet or exceed sales targets and goals.

Qualifications:

Valid Property & Casualty License, or willingness to obtain one.
Proven experience in insurance sales, with home, auto, and commercial insurance knowledge.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle both inside and outside sales activities.
Excellent data entry and computer skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
