Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a hardworking and reliable Ranch Hand to join a Local Ranch in the Grand Saline, Tx area.
*This is for a Clean Facility: No Nicotine, No Alcohol, No Illicit Substances ect.
Key Responsibilities:

Feed, groom, and care for service horses

Clean stables and ensure horses have clean water and feed

Assist with exercising and training horses as needed
-
Monitor horse health and report any concerns to the ranch manager

Mow lawns, trim hedges, and maintain gardens
-
Use lawn equipment such as mowers and weed trimmers
-
Operate brush hog to clear fields and control vegetation
-
Chop down trees and remove brush as required
-
Stack wood and remove debris from chopped trees
-
Assist in building, repairing, and maintaining ranch fences
-
Install fence posts, stretch wire, and ensure secure enclosures
-
Perform basic repairs and maintenance of ranch equipment and facilities
-
Keep work areas clean and organized
-
Assist with other ranch duties as directed by the ranch manager
Requirements:
-
5 - 10 years of verifiable experience as a Ranch Hand.

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
-
Familiarity with operating equipment such as mowers, brush hogs, and chainsaws, and working with Large Horses.

Basic carpentry or fence-building skills preferred.

Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
