Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Data Entry Clerk for a Local Company in the Trinidad, TX area.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Data and Document Management:
- Accurately input and maintain various data into our systems.
- Ensure all data is up-to-date, consistent, and secure.
- Organize, store, and retrieve electronic documents and records as needed.
- Assist with digital filing systems for easy data retrieval.
- Support Marketing Campaigns:
- Assist with data preparation and distribution for email campaigns, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
- Manage campaign response data and track engagement.
- Data Cleaning and Quality Control:
- Regularly review data for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to quality standards.
- Identify and rectify any data inconsistencies or errors.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with team members across departments to ensure data aligns with departmental needs.
- Provide regular updates on data management and maintenance tasks.
- Communication Management And Administrative Support:
- Answer incoming calls and provide general information to callers.
- Direct calls to the appropriate sales team member and maintain detailed records of all call interactions.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling, inventory management, and general office organization.
- Provide support for any other departmental needs as requested.
Qualifications:
- Experience in an office environment.
- Data Entry experience.
- Use of Spreadsheets and Content Management Systems.
