Job Full Description

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Data Entry Clerk for a Local Company in the Trinidad, TX area. 

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data and Document Management:
      • Accurately input and maintain various data into our systems.
      • Ensure all data is up-to-date, consistent, and secure.
      • Organize, store, and retrieve electronic documents and records as needed.
      • Assist with digital filing systems for easy data retrieval.
  • Support Marketing Campaigns:
      • Assist with data preparation and distribution for email campaigns, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
      • Manage campaign response data and track engagement.
  • Data Cleaning and Quality Control:
      • Regularly review data for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to quality standards.
      • Identify and rectify any data inconsistencies or errors.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
      • Work closely with team members across departments to ensure data aligns with departmental needs.
      • Provide regular updates on data management and maintenance tasks.
  • Communication Management And Administrative Support:
    • Answer incoming calls and provide general information to callers.
    • Direct calls to the appropriate sales team member and maintain detailed records of all call interactions.
    • Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling, inventory management, and general office organization.
    • Provide support for any other departmental needs as requested.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in an office environment.
  • Data Entry experience.
  • Use of Spreadsheets and Content Management Systems.
