Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Loader to join a local company in the Mabank, TX area.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare loads for transport by efficiently loading items onto trailers, ensuring proper placement and balance.
- Securely strap down loads to ensure safe transport.
- Complete and verify checklists for all items loaded onto trailers.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline loading processes.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Ability to be physically active during the shift; including lifting, standing, bending, ect.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Prior experience in a loading, warehouse, or transportation environment is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
