Express Employment Professionals is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join a local company in the Palestine, TX area.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities in your assigned territory
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients in the construction and roofing industries
- Visit job sites, schools, and commercial properties to promote and sell steel building materials
- Conduct product presentations and provide knowledgeable recommendations based on customer needs
- Drive daily throughout the East Texas region (Palestine, Tyler, Buffalo, Kaufman, and surrounding areas)
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Outside sales experience is preferred
- Knowledge of Steel building materials (required)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Must be comfortable driving long distances daily
- Reliable Transportation for Work Purposes (vehicle stipend provided)
