What You’ll Do:
- Design and Develop: Create detailed AutoCAD and/or Revit files for HVAC, plumbing, and other mechanical systems across commercial, municipal, and multifamily projects.
- Project Management: Oversee projects from start to finish, managing timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful delivery.
- Team Leadership: Organize and maintain engineering documents, schedules, and project files, while mentoring junior engineers and managing resources.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to address field issues, review submittals, and present project updates.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong client relationships to support ongoing business growth.
What We’re Looking For:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; MS degree is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in HVAC or plumbing design and project management for commercial, multifamily, educational, or institutional projects.
- Licensure: Must have a current PE License.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is essential; experience with HVAC modeling tools like TRACE700, CHVAC7.0, or AIRMaster is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with stakeholders at all levels.

Schedule:
